About Us Jason E DeBus, Managing Member Stats JDI Development, LLC a General Contractor licensed for Commercial & Residential construction in the State of Arizona. We specialize in Commercial Tenant Improvements, Ground-Up Commercial and Restaurants as well as building custom, semi-custom and upper-end subdivision homes. JDI Development, LLC is guided by an innovative and experienced management team with the goal of providing superior service and producing a quality product while adhering to strict safety policies and exceptional quality standards. Maintaining a safe site, while producing a quality product, is integrated into our goal of excellent service with integrity and quality workmanship. JDI Development, LLC started out as a vision, a desire, to put to work the 25+ years of construction experience that our founder, Jason DeBus, had accumulated working in this industry in Arizona. He realized success in building a quality product would not be possible without the skills and dedication of our many Subcontractors. Many of our Subcontractors have been with JDI from the beginning; over 12 years and 100s of projects. These projects have included several 5+ acre Single Family Subdivision Site Infrastructures, 6000+ sq ft Custom Home Sites, Restaurant, Commercial Office/Condo TI's and a Multi-million dollar, 160 room renovation at the Orange Tree Golf Resort in Scottsdale. Several of the Subcontractors we continue to work with have extensive experience in commercial food service construction and their list of projects includes well known names like Applebee's, Fuddruckers/Luby's and Dutch Bros Coffee just to name a few. At JDI we are extremely proud of our workforce. We offer a complete package as we have networked with interior designers, a design center and architectural design firms.
